Suchitra Shenoy is a writer and teacher in the Buddhist tradition.
Her previous book, Mindful Parenting: The First One Thousand Days for Parent and Baby made Amazon India's Top Parenting Books list. Her first book (co-authored with Pavithra Mehta), Infinite Vision: How Aravind Became the World's Largest Business Case for Compassion, was on Amazon's Top 40 Management Books and a finalist for the US Academy of Management's George Terry Award. It has been translated into Japanese, Portuguese and Tamil.
Suchitra teaches from the discourses of the Buddha, emphasising practice in daily life.
When not at her desk, Suchitra enjoys being among trees and tree-dwellers. She holds degrees from Brandeis University and the London School of Economics.
