Known for her natural charm and versatility, she has built a career across industries, winning acclaim for both commercial hits and critically appreciated roles. After a brief hiatus, Genelia returned to the screen as both an actor and producer, co-founding Mumbai Film Company with her husband Riteish Deshmukh. Together, they have championed Marathi cinema with films like the award-winning Balak Palak and Ved. Loved for her warmth on and off screen, Genelia continues to be a familiar and endearing presence in Indian cinema.
