Arundhathi Subramaniam is an award-winning poet and author whose work spans poetry, prose, and cultural commentary. Celebrated for her nuanced explorations of spirituality, love, and contemporary urban existence, she has published numerous acclaimed collections, including When God Is a Traveller (shortlisted for the T.S. Eliot Prize), Love Without a Story, and Where I Live: New & Selected Poems. Her prose works, such as The Book of Buddha and Sadhguru: More Than a Life, reflect her deep engagement with questions of identity and transcendence. Beyond writing, she has curated poetry festivals, edited anthologies like Eating God: A Book of Bhakti Poetry, and contributed significantly to nurturing literary conversations in India.
